We are new to the area and have been trying to find our “home base” restaurant, and I think we have done just that! The food and service was fantastic and despite a tiny mixup with our order Brandon and Karissa quickly ensured we were taken care of. We will absolutely be back again soon!

Been coming to the trail house for a few years off and on. I mostly come for the pulled pork and Mac grilled cheese. It’s so ridiculously delicious. It’s my go to. Last week I tried the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it was just equally as good. We also got the house egg rolls and it was a bit disappointing. The presentation of them did not look appealing and it tasted like a it was frozen food. Still… the grilled cheese was a chefs kiss.

We had enjoyed their Key West dry rub wings before so we wanted to order them for the big game for the National Championship. I placed the order on the phone and the gentleman that took the order was so patient getting all the details right and we picked them up right on time. The young lady that helped me was very nice as well A little too much seasoning this time but just great and delicious. It makes such a difference when people are nice, do their job and deliver what is promised. Thank you again Trail House!

One of our local favorite spots! Great food and service every time! From the appetizers, to the main courses, to the drinks. Trail House really excels at everything and are a step above the rest. Parking is the only thing that may get a little frustrating.

Came for lunch for the Labor Day Holiday. Located in the shopping center behind their Starbucks. Was not busy at all, and they had plenty of parking located in their lot. We were seated right away upon arrival. Our waiter was super efficient and friendly (failed to get his name) very attentive and gave great recommendations. I ordered their regular carolina burger with French fries. My sister ordered their French onion soup, pimento but sandwich, and house salad. Their fries were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I'm a French fry person, and these were the best. They were crispy just how I like them and not super hot to where you need to wait till their cold to eat. Burger was delicious as well. The meat felt a bit dry, though, but it didn't bother me too much. Still delicious! Definetly will come back if I'm ever in the area.

Went to The Trail House in Sun Valley (Indian Trail) Twice this month, didn’t have time to post til now. Great portions, good food, varied menu, service excellent. It’s been consistent! Cannot complain about the prices, very reasonable in our opinion. Just wish they had better parking but if you go when it’s not busy it’s not an issue. Philly egg rolls (so good we got them again today). Loved the onion rings, Fried shrimp appetizer was great! Excellent burger, enjoy the asparagus in lieu of fries, their tater tots are really good though! Had teriyaki pineapple salmon last time, which was good but I think I’ll go grilled next as it was sweet for me. Today I got the three piece fish and chips versus two, very fresh and large portions! It needed lemon or a red cocktail sauce to offset the creaminess of the fish. I felt like the white cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, was too creamy. Again it wasn’t bad, I would’ve enjoyed the contrast in flavors better. Hindsight, should’ve gotten vinegar but I prefer lemon to be honest. It’s close to home, worth the price, we will be back for sure!

Was able to get the last parking place right by the door (handicapped). Walked right in and was seated right then. A minute later the waiter for my area asked what I wanted to drink and told me the nightly specials. I ordered a soft drink and there was something wrong with the mixture. I also ordered a mixed drink and placed my food order. Within 8-10 minutes mug food had arrived at my table. This is a very good thing as the restaurant is wide open and full. Every couple minutes, my waited checked back to see if I was ok and see if I needed anything else. With culture as it is now, is quite refreshing to see people so customer service focused and so polite/attentive. The staff as a whole was a very well oiled machine and work well together. Isaiah was a fabulous waiter and was extremely helpful in everything he did tonight and went way over the bar of what normal wait staff might have done. A return trip is definitely in order.

First time visiting. Sara was our waitress and she was really kind and prompt with our service. The food was good, nice and hot. This is a bar/restaurant so if you are looking for this type of environment you need to visit. They have some decorations up for the Christmas holiday, which brightens up the restaurant.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday and had a great experience. Food was tasty, good portions and great service. A few kids meals, steak and eggs, breakfast platter and French onion soup. Would come back for sure. The ambiance is chill and sports games on several TVs to enjoy.

This was our first time here. Great over all experience. Karissa, our server, did a great job. She was warm and friendly and was attentive to our needs. My wife is a fried pickle conessiuer and loved the fried pickles. She ordered the patty melt and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered nachos with steak and a cup of chili. Excellent choice. I loved the presentation of the nachos with a large portion of guacamole, sour cream and salsa. They were cool yet the queso and meat were hot. Everything was exceptional and we are looking forward to coming back and trying additional menu items.
